Navigating Life’s Storms: The Power of Positivity, Joy and Faith

Image of a sailboat navigating out in the ocean after a storm.

In the wilderness of life’s most challenging moments, it’s easy to feel lost and without hope. Yet, it is precisely in these valleys that the importance of maintaining a positive mindset, finding joy amid hardship, and relying on Jesus Christ as our savior becomes most evident. This article explores how these three elements serve as crucial survival tools, guiding us through the darkest times and leading us toward the light.

The Importance of a Positive Mindset

A positive mindset is not about ignoring the reality of our situations but choosing to focus on the potential for growth and learning that lies within them. It’s about seeing the glass as half full, not to naively dismiss the half empty, but to empower ourselves to fill it up the rest of the way. Positivity breeds resilience, enabling us to face adversity head-on rather than being overwhelmed by it.

In the context of survival, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, a positive mindset acts as a beacon of hope. It encourages us to persevere when every fiber of our being wants to give up. By maintaining a hopeful outlook, we can find the strength to keep moving forward, even when the fog of uncertainty obscures the path.

Finding Joy in Times of Hardship

Joy in times of hardship might seem like a paradox, but it is a profound truth that has sustained many through the ages. This joy doesn’t stem from our circumstances but from something more profound —our reactions to those circumstances and our ability to find meaning and gratitude even in the midst of suffering.

One way to cultivate this joy is by embracing the small blessings that life offers us daily. It could be the warmth of the sun on our faces, the kindness of a stranger, or the comfort of a familiar scripture. When we learn to appreciate these moments, we find that joy is not as elusive as it seems, even in hardship.

Moreover, joy is often found in service to others. By turning our focus outward, we not only help alleviate the burdens of those around us but also gain perspective on our struggles, making them seem more manageable in the process.

Walking Faith: Counting on Jesus Christ as Our Savior

At the core of our ability to remain positive and find joy in adversity is our faith in Jesus Christ. He is our ultimate example of enduring hardship with grace, offering us a model of how to face our own trials.  Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus showed us that no suffering is too great to overcome, and no night is so dark that the dawn cannot follow it.

Relying on Jesus as our Savior means more than just believing in His existence; it means trusting in His love for us, His plan for our lives, and His promise to be with us always, especially in our moments of greatest need. When we put our faith in Him, we are not guaranteed a life without hardship, but we are promised His presence, guidance, and the ultimate victory over our struggles.

Prayer, scripture, study/reflection, and fellowship with other believers can all strengthen our relationship with Christ, helping us to lean on Him more fully. As we do so, we find that He provides us with the peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that enables us to remain positive and joyful, even when the world around us is anything but.

Life’s storms can be fierce, but they don’t have to be faced alone or without hope. A positive mindset, the pursuit of joy, and, most importantly, a steadfast reliance on Jesus Christ as our Savior are the keys to not just surviving but thriving in the face of adversity. By cultivating these elements in our lives, we can navigate any challenge with grace, emerging stronger and more resilient on the other side.

Electrical Tap Boxes

Image of an electrical tap box, also known as a splitter box.

An electrical tap box is a crucial device used in both portable and permanent power distribution setups. Often referred to as splitter boxes or pull boxes, these units are specialized junction boxes that feature a backplate equipped with copper busbars for each electrical phase and mechanical lugs. These lugs are designed to connect with large cables, such as those 500 MCM and above, enabling the distribution of power to multiple smaller cables, like 2/0 or 4/0 AWG, leading to various power distribution units.

The primary function of a tap box is to serve as a central point for connecting larger feeder cables, facilitating more efficient power distribution. Tap boxes are available in single-phase or three-phase configurations ranging from 400A to 3000A. They are engineered to provide a high-quality, safe, and sustainable alternative for easy connection and distribution of large wires and cables. These boxes offer a superior connection point compared to standard pull-boxes on the market, aiming to enhance the efficiency and safety of electrical power distribution.

Selecting the Right Electrical Tap Box

Choosing a suitable electrical tap or splitter box hinges primarily on its purpose. The optimal tap box configuration varies significantly depending on its use. Key factors to consider include the size of both incoming and outgoing cables, required voltage, total amperage for the load, and any potential limitations, such as wall space availability, the number of units requiring power, and budget constraints. Identifying these needs and constraints is crucial for tailoring the electrical tap box to your project’s requirements.

Electrical Tap Boxes in the Commercial Sector

Tap boxes are essential for commercial and industrial settings, especially where standby generators are central during power outages. Facilities like airports, supermarkets, hospitals, and data centers often house electrical rooms with critical components such as automatic transfer switches and transformers to maintain power. Additionally, these establishments frequently conduct load bank testing on generators to verify emergency power readiness.

Installing a tap box simplifies connecting cables to necessary units for maintenance and load bank testing. However, testing standby generators effectively requires more than just a tap box. Essential equipment includes the standby or portable generator, a load banking station, appropriate cables, and the tap box for connecting larger wires and redistributing power to various units.

Water Softeners: How They Work & Their Main Types

Image of a Reynolds Water Twinstream Water Conditioning System.

A water softener is a valuable tool for homes affected by varying levels of hard water, offering a multitude of benefits. It works by removing minerals such as calcium, iron, and magnesium, which are primarily responsible for hard water issues. The use of a water softener helps avoid problems like mineral deposits, scale buildup that can lead to leaky faucets and clogged pipes, damage to appliances using water, residues on dishes cleaned in dishwashers, dry skin and hair post-showering, and the fading of clothes washed in hard water.

By eliminating these heavy minerals, softened water enhances the quality of life in several ways:

  • improved skin and hair health
  • brighter and softer laundry
  • cleaner dishes and glasses
  • reduced cleaning effort
  • long-term cost savings
  • improved taste and clarity of drinking water.

How a Water Softener Works

The core technology behind most water softeners is the ion exchange process, which replaces hard minerals with sodium (or sometimes potassium). This process occurs as water flows through a tank filled with resin beads that are pre-saturated with sodium. The hard minerals swap places with sodium ions, which then dissolve into the water, leaving it softened. Eventually, the resin beads get saturated with the removed minerals and need to be regenerated with sodium-rich water to restore their softening capability, allowing the system to continue providing softened water to the household.

Types of Water Softeners

Water softeners are designed to address hard water issues through two primary methods: ion exchange, which removes heavy minerals from the water, and neutralization, which prevents these minerals from clustering and keeps them dissolved in the water. The two main categories of water softeners, each functioning differently, include:

  • Salt-based systems, which may also include dual-tank configurations
  • Salt-free systems, which include magnetic variants

Salt-Based Water Softeners

Salt-based water softeners are widely used for their effectiveness in removing minerals like calcium and magnesium from water and exchanging them for sodium. This process turns hard water soft, making it healthier for use. Despite their efficiency, these systems require weekly salt recharges and are larger, which may not suit smaller spaces. However, portable versions are available, ideal for RVs, boats, and small homes, offering an affordable solution for on-the-go soft water needs. These portable softeners are less expensive but need frequent recharging. While salt-based softeners slightly increase the water’s sodium content, they remain within a safe range for most people, though those on low-sodium diets might prefer alternatives.

Dual-Tank Water Softeners

Dual-tank water softeners feature two resin tanks, ensuring a constant supply of soft water, even during one tank’s regeneration phase. They’re especially beneficial for well water, capable of filtering heavy minerals more effectively. However, dual-tank systems are larger, more expensive, and not necessary for most households, but they excel in high-demand situations without the risk of running out of softened water.

Salt-Free Water Softeners

Salt-free water softeners, unlike their salt-based counterparts, do not remove hard minerals from water but instead, condition the water to prevent these minerals from forming scale on fixtures and appliances. They are an initial costlier option that operates without salt or electricity, suitable for small to large homes. However, they may not perform as well in areas with extremely hard water or high water usage.

Electromagnetic and Magnetic

Electromagnetic and magnetic water softeners are compact, making them ideal for small spaces. They work by altering the charge of mineral ions with a magnetic field, preventing them from sticking to surfaces. Electromagnetic models require an electrical outlet, while magnetic ones do not, offering a maintenance-free solution albeit with limited effectiveness for smaller homes.

Polyphosphates

Polyphosphate softeners use a filtration cartridge to condition water, preventing scale formation, and are commonly used in commercial settings to protect equipment. Full filtration systems not only prevent scaling but also remove a wide range of contaminants, making water safer but requiring periodic and costly filter replacements.

Full Filtration

Full filtration systems offer a dual benefit: they soften water and eliminate a variety of drinking water contaminants. Operating without salt, these systems utilize a filtration process that transforms minerals into a crystalline form to prevent scale buildup on pipes and appliances. Additionally, they effectively filter out harmful substances such as herbicides, bacteria, viruses, pesticides, and chlorine. While offering significant advantages, the filters in these systems come with a higher cost and need replacement approximately every six months to a year.

It’s crucial to recognize the distinction between water softeners and purifiers. Water softeners are safe for treating water with hardening minerals, either by removing or neutralizing them to prevent them from causing scale. However, they do not function as water filters and are incapable of eliminating other harmful substances from the water. Therefore, their use should be limited to softening water. For concerns about the overall safety of your drinking water, especially regarding contaminants other than hardening minerals, it’s advisable to consult your local health department, conduct personal tests, or have the water professionally analyzed.

What is Exclusion Trapping?

Image of exclusion traps used to trap and release wildlife humanely.

Exclusion trapping is a humane pest control method that involves capturing animals at their entry points into buildings, rather than using baited traps placed randomly. This technique is part of a broader approach known as wildlife exclusion, aimed at permanently removing nuisance animals from structures. The strategies employed in exclusion trapping are tailored to specific species, with the primary goal being to prevent these animals from re-entering the property once they’ve been excluded.

This method offers numerous advantages. Since the trap intercepts the animal directly at its entry or exit point, there’s no need for bait, which eliminates the need for constant monitoring and replenishment. This specificity also increases the likelihood of capturing the intended animal, reducing the chances of accidentally trapping non-target wildlife. Exclusion trapping proves especially effective for animals living within the structure itself, such as in the roof or chimney, and is adaptable to various situations.

Exclusion Traps Are Used For:

  • Bats
  • Birds/Pigeons
  • Squirrels/Rock Chucks
  • Mink/Muskrat
  • Skunks
  • Opossums
  • Raccoons

To manage bats and birds humanely, we utilize one-way devices that let them leave a structure but prevent their return. For squirrels and other small wildlife, exclusion trapping is effective, particularly when ground trapping is impractical because it doesn’t guarantee that the captured squirrel is the one entering the roof. By positioning the trap at their entry point, exclusion trapping ensures that the specific animal causing issues is caught. For larger animals like raccoons, which have clear entry and exit routes, traps are placed directly outside these points. If the opening doesn’t accommodate a trap well, modifications are made to ensure a snug fit, facilitating effective capture while prioritizing animal safety.

Common Exclusion Points of Entry:

  • Chimney
  • Roof Vents
  • Roof/Fascia Spaces & Roof/Soffit Intersection
  • Plumbing Vents & Pipes
  • Oven & Bathroom Exhaust Vents
  • Holes in Siding
  • Porch & Deck
  • Trees & Landscaping k

Installing chimney caps, screens, and sealing vents and pipes effectively prevents wildlife breaches. Ensuring the roofline is fortified with durable materials and eliminating any gaps is crucial to stop animals from entering. Promptly fixing any siding holes and discouraging nesting near porches or decks with sturdy screening are also key steps. Additionally, managing overhanging branches and nearby vegetation can deter animal access.

Front Range Pest technicians possess the expertise to tailor exclusion traps to both the specific pest and the building’s architecture. These traps are strategically placed over entry points, capturing animals as they exit at night. Some traps may need support for correct positioning, and covered traps are sometimes used to maintain the trapped animal’s calm by limiting its visibility until it can be safely released back into the wild. Exclusion trapping is highly adaptable, with a no one-size-fits-all approach, ensuring each job is customized for optimal results.

The Role of the Kitchen Island: Enhancing Functionality and Style

Image of a blue kitchen island with a butcher block worktop, sink, and microwave.

The kitchen island has evolved from a simple utility to a multifaceted focal point of the modern kitchen. It serves not just as an additional work surface but as a gathering spot, a dining area, and a storage solution, blending aesthetics with functionality. We explore the diverse roles of the kitchen island and how it can transform your kitchen space.

Central Hub for Cooking and Prep

In a bustling kitchen, particularly with a large family or during entertainment, having additional counter and prep space can be incredibly beneficial. The primary function of a kitchen island is to provide ample space for meal preparation. Equipped with a sink and cutting surface, it can become the main prep area, freeing up other countertops. Some islands also incorporate appliances like dishwashers, sinks, or stovetops, centralizing cooking tasks and improving kitchen workflow.

Gathering and Dining Area

Kitchen islands often double as informal dining areas, especially in homes where space is at a premium. Adding bar stools or chairs transforms the island into a cozy spot for morning coffees, quick meals, or socializing while cooking. This setup encourages interaction between the host and guests, making the kitchen a warm, welcoming space. Opting for a split-level design is another approach, where seating is arranged at a more conventional height. This setup offers extra, comfortable seating options while maintaining a portion of the kitchen island at an optimal height for standing prep work.

Additional Storage Solutions

One of the significant advantages of a kitchen island is the extra storage it offers. Cabinets, drawers, and shelves integrated into the island can house pots, pans, utensils, and even appliances, keeping the kitchen organized and clutter-free. Hanging a rack above the island can introduce additional storage space for pots or frequently used items, a concept borrowed from restaurant designs that has gained popularity in home kitchens. Customizable storage options mean that everything can have its place, tailored to the homeowner’s specific needs.

Statement Piece in Kitchen Design

Beyond functionality, kitchen islands provide an opportunity to make a design statement. Choosing contrasting colors or materials for the island can create a focal point that draws the eye. Incorporating luxurious countertops, unique lighting fixtures, or decorative panels can add personality and style to the kitchen. Furthermore, in open-plan layouts, kitchen islands define the cooking zone from adjacent living or dining areas. They act as both a visual and functional divide, maintaining an open sightline and interaction with those in surrounding spaces.

Versatile Workspaces

Modern kitchen islands are designed with versatility in mind. Some feature tiered surfaces with different heights for cooking, eating, and reading recipes or using a laptop. Others offer an ideal spot for incorporating appliances such as sinks, cooktops, or wine coolers. Kitchen islands often offer built-in charging stations for gadgets, integrating technology seamlessly into the kitchen space, boosting kitchen functionality, and creating a more engaging cooking environment.

Customization for Every Need

The beauty of kitchen islands lies in their customizability. Whether you need a compact, moveable island for a small kitchen or a sprawling workspace with high-end amenities, there’s an island to suit every need and taste. From simple butcher block worktops to sophisticated marble counters with waterfall edges, the options are virtually limitless.

The kitchen island is no longer just an optional extra; for many, it’s become a must-have feature that enhances the kitchen’s functionality, aesthetics, and sociability. As the heart of the home shifts increasingly to the kitchen, the island stands at its center, bridging the gap between culinary workspace and communal gathering spot. Whether you’re planning a kitchen remodel or dreaming up your ideal home, consider how the versatility of a kitchen island can elevate your space.

Want to own an EV, but you rent?

Here’s how you can charge.

Owning an EV is more challenging for renters and those without garages, but solutions exist. While most EV owners are homeowners who charge overnight at home, we discuss options for those who share parking in private or public settings. Here’s how you can go electric:

How to Charge if I Live in a Multi-Unit Dwelling?

Sometimes, landlords or associations discourage EV charging, and it doesn’t help that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for installation. Experts agree that there are a few steps that renters or condo owners can take to access charging. The first is looking up local “right-to-charge” laws, which require homeowners’ associations or landlords to allow residents to install Level 1 or Level 2 charging. Currently, only ten states have “right-to-charge” laws established. For example, in California and Colorado, renters have the right to install charging at their private parking space or, in some cases, in a public area at their apartment building. Florida, Hawaii, and New Jersey have similar but limited laws.

Residents can directly contact their landlords or property owners to advocate installing charging infrastructure. There are online resources of template letters to facilitate this communication, and various charging solutions are available that could enable property managers to profit from selling electricity. Additionally, in more affluent buildings, developers and landlords are increasingly incorporating charging facilities as a perk to draw tenants.

Several EV advocacy groups are working on changing building codes in cities and states so that multifamily homes with parking have to be “EV-ready.” This means that properties will have upgraded electrical panels and conduit running to the parking space, ultimately making it cheaper and easier to install an EV charger.

How to Charge if I Park on the Street?

Drivers residing in single-family homes without a garage or assigned parking face unique charging challenges. Those who park on the street have devised innovative solutions to charge their vehicles.

Drivers using extension cords for EV charging must be cautious of local regulations. However, some cities like D.C., Cambridge, and Seattle permit sidewalk charging with safety measures like visible ramps over cords. While car manufacturers generally advise against using extension cords, if necessary, using thicker 10- or 12-gauge cords is recommended to reduce safety risks. It’s important to note that extension cord charging typically provides only Level 1 charging, the slowest type. However, this can be sufficient for most Americans driving around 30 to 40 miles daily.

Homeowners in some areas can hire electricians to install curbside charging ports, though they should first check local regulations and permit requirements. In EV-friendly cities like Seattle, local governments may subsidize these installations, with programs providing faster curbside charging options for participating residents.

What if I Rely on Public Charging?

When home charging isn’t feasible, many drivers turn to public charging stations, including those at workplaces or fast-charging DC stations that can boost an EV battery from 0 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes. However, relying on public fast charging can quickly become a nuisance for drivers if the charger is broken, if it’s crowded with other drivers, or if a charger is not available in your immediate area. Non-Tesla drivers or those without an adapter to use a Tesla supercharger are limited even more with charging options.

Some apps like Charge EV and PlugShare can help EV drivers find available charging ports.

It’s important to note that public charging is usually more costly than at-home options; however, it generally remains cheaper than filling up with gasoline in most areas. Officials continue to work on creating policies so it’s not cost-prohibitive for people who don’t have a garage to own an EV. This shows that communities all over the US are developing creative solutions, and fast EV charging will become more accessible.

The Unseen Consequences of Road Deicing: How Salt is Impacting Our Waterways

Image of a salt truck on the road deicing it.

As winter envelops many parts of the world, the familiar sight of trucks scattering salt on icy roads becomes a common occurrence. This practice, aimed at ensuring safer driving conditions, uses sodium chloride, a compound similar to table salt, for deicing roadways. While the immediate benefits of this method are clear, its long-term environmental impact, especially on our water systems, is a growing concern.

The Scale of Road Salt Usage

The use of road salt, or sodium chloride, has become an integral part of winter road maintenance in cold climates. According to research from The University of Toledo, approximately 25 million metric tons of this deicing salt are applied annually across various regions. The quantity varies by state but can range from 3 to 18 pounds per square meter, roughly the area of a small kitchen table.

The Dual-Edged Sword of Road Deicing

The primary goal of road deicing is to prevent vehicle accidents during snowy conditions. Indeed, studies show that road deicers can reduce car accidents by over 78%. However, the environmental trade-off of this safety measure is significant, particularly regarding the salinity of freshwater sources.

Rising Salinity in Freshwater Sources

Research titled “Road Salts, Human Safety and the Rising Salinity of Our Fresh Waters” highlights a worrying trend: an increase in the salinity of freshwater bodies due to road salt. This phenomenon leads to the contamination of local drinking water supplies, pushing the salt concentration levels in some local streams to be 20 to 30 times higher than the chronic chloride threshold set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The Ripple Effect on Water Quality

The impact of sodium chloride goes beyond just increasing salinity. It can mobilize harmful chemicals like radon, mercury, and lead, contaminating water supplies. A notable example of this was observed in Flint, Michigan, where excessive road salt use increased chloride levels, resulting in lead contamination from water pipes.

The Inadequacy of Current Safeguards

Current EPA guidelines on salt pollution appear to be insufficient in protecting water supplies. Researchers, including Bill Hintz from The University of Toledo, argue that the impacts of deicing salts can be lethal, even at current threshold levels, and call for a revision of these standards.

Exploring Alternative Solutions to Road Salt

To combat the negative effects of road salt, experts propose several strategies. These include creating covered salt storage facilities to prevent runoff, utilizing anti-icing liquids before storms to reduce salt dependency, and employing more efficient snowplows that conform better to road surfaces. Additionally, there is a call for public awareness and a shift in expectations regarding winter weather management to lessen the ecological footprint.

Balancing Safety and Environmental Health

As we navigate the challenges of maintaining safe roads in winter, it’s crucial to balance human safety with environmental responsibility. Understanding the consequences of road salt on our waterways is the first step toward adopting more sustainable deicing methods. It’s a delicate balance, but one that is essential for the health of our planet and future generations.

Innovative Radiotherapy Method Potentially Halves Treatment Duration for Head and Neck Cancer

A groundbreaking study by the IAEA has found that a new radiotherapy technique for head and neck cancer could significantly shorten treatment times, especially beneficial for low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). This research, the largest of its kind, involved 12 centers across ten LMICs, including Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa, Thailand, and Uruguay. The study showed that administering fewer but higher doses of radiation has similar clinical outcomes to standard treatments, potentially halving treatment durations.

This advancement could be a game-changer for LMICs, where head and neck cancer is particularly prevalent, accounting for 76% of global cases and 84% of deaths in 2020. Shorter treatment times mean reduced waitlists, allowing more patients to receive prompt care. This is crucial in LMICs, where challenges like increased demand for radiotherapy, limited resources, and centralized healthcare services in major cities contribute to long waiting periods. Reducing these wait times not only eases patient and family anxiety but also improves survival chances. The findings have been published in the International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, and Physics and align with global initiatives like the IAEA’s Rays of Hope, which aims to bolster cancer treatment capabilities in these countries.

What is Radiation Therapy?

The IAEA’s HYPNO trial, launched in 2010, has introduced a transformative approach to radiotherapy for head and neck cancer, a disease prevalent in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Traditional treatment typically spans seven weeks, but prior studies have explored more intense regimens, either increasing the dose over the same period or maintaining the dose but shortening the duration to five to six weeks. These methods proved safe and effective.

Expanding on these findings, the IAEA’s latest research tested an even more intensive method: hypofractionated radiotherapy. This approach administers fewer but higher radiation doses over just four weeks, roughly half the time of standard treatment. In a groundbreaking comparison involving 729 patients, the outcomes and survival rates for those receiving accelerated normo-fractionated and hypofractionated radiotherapy were similar, affirming the latter’s efficacy and safety in a shorter timeframe.

The trial’s influential results, presented by Professor Søren M. Bentzen at the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology’s annual meeting, underscore the need for randomized controlled trials in LMICs to establish evidence-based practices. This research exemplifies how international collaboration and the IAEA’s role in connecting global cancer centers can lead to significant advancements in radiation oncology. The HYPNO trial’s success means that radiation oncologists can now treat more patients effectively and efficiently, offering a practical solution to resource limitations in cancer care.

May Abdel-Wahab, Director of the IAEA Division of Human Health, highlighted the trial’s significance in demonstrating the value of funded, multinational research tailored to global cancer needs. This innovation in cancer care, supported by IAEA’s initiatives like Rays of Hope Anchor Centres, is crucial in ensuring that patients worldwide receive timely and high-quality treatment.

Reviewing Contracts in the Construction Sector

As we conclude the year, it’s crucial for those in the construction industry to conduct a thorough review of their contracts, especially for long-term projects. It’s advisable to revisit your contracts to confirm they accurately represent the current state of the project. Any discrepancies should be addressed and documented immediately, rather than waiting for issues to arise.

Key areas for review include the scope of work, ensuring it aligns with the actual construction being undertaken. This includes verifying details, from fixtures to significant additions like a new wing in a building. Changes discussed in meetings should be formally documented in line with the contract’s terms to avoid future disputes.

Pricing adjustments are also essential. For contractors working on a fixed price basis, it’s vital to include any additional scope in the pricing. Owners should adjust payments accordingly if project elements have been removed. For contracts based on actual costs, the end of the year is a good time to align charges with incurred expenses.

Another critical factor is the project schedule. Both owners and contractors should assess whether the project is on track and address any delays appropriately, including documenting reasons and determining responsibility for any schedule slippage.

Administrative aspects, such as updating the contact person for your company in the contract, should not be overlooked. Contractors should also ensure timely submission of any claims as per contractual deadlines to avoid disputes during litigation.

In summary, instead of considering the contract only at the start, end, or during disputes, it is beneficial for both owners and contractors to proactively review and update their contracts throughout the project’s lifecycle to ensure they reflect the ongoing work accurately.
